Return and Refund Policy

Refunds/Exchanges/Returns:

Our policy strictly prohibits refunds, returns, or exchanges to prioritize the health and safety of our staff and customers. In rare cases where an exception is granted, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund process.

Purchasing Products:

1. Visit the shop to make purchases; kindly call 2-4 hours in advance for packaging and availability confirmation. Products are subject to availability upon arrival without prior notice.

2. Place online pre-orders within 2 hours of purchase time for guaranteed availability. All pre-ordered items must be picked up within 7 days, or for pre-made liquids, same-day pickup is required.

3. Alternatively, order online for home delivery within 7-14 business days.

4. While not mandatory for first-time customers, scheduling a consultation ensures the right product selection. Consultations can be conducted over the phone or in-person.

Booking Appointments with ISOJI BEAUTY:

1. Visit isojibeauty.com to view available services and schedule appointments. Appointments outside regular store hours are accommodated 24/7.

2. In case of payment issues, request an appointment with payment confirmation sent via email for guaranteed booking. Appointment changes require a 24-hour notice. Rescheduling is permitted once within a 14-day period.

3. Avoid rescheduling on the 14th day as availability diminishes, leading to voiding of your deposit.

Deliveries:

1. Delivery charges must be paid at the time of purchase without exceptions. Direct pick-up from our location is possible if communicated within 4 hours of our arrival in your area.

2. Unclaimed products during pick-up are non-refundable.
