How do I purchase products from ISOJI BEAUTY?
1. You are welcome to come to the shop to purchase items. Please call 2-4 hours ahead of time so that we can package and have your items available. Products are not guaranteed if no call is made ahead of time.
2. You may also pre-order online to guarantee your products are ready and available. All products must be picked up in 7 days of receiving the pick-up confirmation email or they will be discarded and/or returned to the shelf with a $10 per day storage fee. We do not offer refunds as all items are 100% natural and usually made to order. CUSTOMIZED/LARGE orders take up to 7 business days to create.
3. You may order online as well and have items shipped directly to your home within 2-15 business days.
4. Although not required, first-time customers are recommended to schedule a consultation to ensure you purchase the proper products. A consultation may either be done over the phone or in-person at the shop.
5. All herbal products are not scientifically proven but have been known to work in many cases as long as directions are followed. Please consult with your physician prior to stopping or starting a new medicinal routine.
How do I book an appointment with ISOJI BEAUTY?
1. Simply go to isojibeauty.com where you will view a list of services offered on the front page. Click on the service you want to see the available days and times. If you see an appointment outside of normal store hours, it is alright as appointments are available 24/7.
2. You do have the option to request an appointment, but the date and time are not guaranteed until you receive an email confirmation when your payment is made. In order to change an appointment, you must put in a request 24 hours prior to your appointment, or your deposit is voided. If you cannot make it to your appointment, you may reschedule once within a 14 day period.
3. We advise that you not reschedule on the 14th day, because availability is limited and after 14 days, your deposit becomes voided.
4. We do not allow appointment refunds or promotions to be used amongst other sales.
rAre required for anyone with a hormonal imbalance, for anyone with a disease/disorder, or for anyone taking any type of medication. All consultations must be paid for in advance, no exceptions. If you fail to show up for your consultation whether it’s a video call, telephone call, or in-person you will not be refunded. After 15 minutes you're deemed a NO CALL! NO SHOW!

You will not be refunded if you fail to show up for scheduled service, We have a 15 minute grace period. No Exceptions!!
1. You must pay the price of delivery at the time of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS!! If we happen to be in your area, you may directly pick your products up from us, however, you MUST COMMUNICATE with us within 24 hours of us heading your way to ensure we have your order with us.
2. If for any reason your products are not picked up, no refunds are available
1. We have a strict no refund policy. We do not allow returns or exchanges for the health and safety of consumers and staff. If for any reason an exception is made please allow 7 -10 business days to receive your refund.
2. After 7 days we will not accept or allow product or appointment disputes.

Zero Tolerance Policy!!
We will not tolerate harsh language, name-calling, foul language, demanding, threatening, belittling of any kind to our staff, or other customers. If for any reason you fail to abide by our policy you’ll be refunded 50% of the total balance and banned from Isoji Beauty due to time wasted. All disputes must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you come to our location without an appointment, disorderly or disrupting during our business hours,
you can be sued for harassment and authorities will be notified. We will refuse to speak with you!
Once a complaint is filed it can take up to 15-30 days for a resolution, once escalated it will take up to 30 days for a resolution We do not allow appointment refunds or promotions to used amongst other sales.
